Community Patrol Update | Working Together for Our Community
Today, PCSO Naz, PC Ben, and PCSO Ian conducted joint patrols across the local wards, engaging with residents, community leaders, and places of worship, including local mosques and churches. It was a great opportunity to speak with members of our community, listen to any concerns, and strengthen the positive relationships we have built together.
We are pleased to report that there were no significant issues or concerns raised, and the community spirit remains strong. We also visited Fairlop Waters, where we received some positive news. The issue that had previously required the attendance of Thames Water staff has now been resolved, and everything is back to normal.
At Beal School, Thames Water staff continue to work extremely hard supporting residents and distributing water during this period of hot weather. Their dedication and commitment to helping the community is greatly appreciated. As temperatures remain high, many agencies and partners are working together to ensure residents are safe, supported, and have access to the help they need. Our aim is always to serve our community, build trust, strengthen relationships, and ensure everyone feels safe and reassured. A message to all our residents: Please remember to drink plenty of water, stay in the shade where possible, look after vulnerable family members and neighbours, and take care in the heat. Most importantly, enjoy your summer holidays and stay safe!
Together, we are stronger. Together, we build a safer community.
