Dear Resident
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication between the local Neighbourhood Policing Team and residents, we are trialling a new community engagement method in your area.
If you have any concerns, questions or issues you would like to discuss with the team, PCSOs Freeman and Harmer are offering appointments to visit residents at their homes and discuss them in person.
The visits are available between 1000 and 1500 on 12/9/2026 and 13/9/2026.
A number of time slots will be made available for these visits. Please be aware that this is a trial initiative and there are only a limited number of appointments available in each residential area. This appointments will be offered on a first come first served basis. We therefore kindly ask that you do not share this offer with anyone who has not received this message or who does not live on the streets included in the trial.
The streets included in this trail are: Dryland Road Upland Road Whiteland Road Longland Road Sandiland Road Visits will be limited to the targeted area and will last a maximum of 30 minutes.
Please note that these visits are not intended for reporting crimes or incidents requiring an immediate police response. Instead, they provide an opportunity for residents who may be unable to attend our static police surgeries to speak directly with members of their local Neighbourhood Policing Team.
