CRIME

Theft Stockwell Road 18/09/2026

Lady was in her mobility scooter when a male approached her and distracted her by putting papers in her basket. She later discovered personal items along with her purse have been stolen.

Shed Burglary 08/08/2026 Lower Street

Parcel stolen from shed.

Attempt Theft 13/08/2026 Redhouse rd

2 offenders attempted to steal a vehicle but did'nt manage due to the steering lock

Criminal Damage Vehicle 11/08/2026 Pendeford Ave

Smashed window to van.

NEWS

Tettenhall PCSO's attended the Emergency Service day at Foxlands Grange Wergs rd this week along with old Range Rover from the Police Museum to show the residents .We also welcomed PD OBE who is currently being fostered by a local resident before he is handed back for his extensive Police Dog training. We had a lovely warm welcome from the staff and residents a big Thankyou from us.

The Team also helped out with the Stourbridge Wild fires last week a dreadful event that affected the Community of Stourbridge and we helped were we could.

The Team has been made aware of Cold callers in the Tettenhall area claiming to be builders etc. Just be aware and don't answer the door to anyone you are'nt expecting and keep an eye on elderly neighbours too.

PATROLS

PCSO's have been patrolling around Danescourt cemetry and Tettenhall pool this week and nothing to report. We have been working along side the Parking Wardens to help with the problems of parking around the Tettenhall Pool. Drivers are still blatantly parking on Zig Zags on Tettehall High Street and tickets are still being issued.

Our DNO's for the Tettenhall and Oxley area's have conducted a Stop search this week and Class A drugs found. Two people have been arrested for immigration reasons and a car seized for no insurance.
