Nuisance vehicles Fairholmes

On Saturday evening we recieved reports of of nuisance vehicles around the Fairholmes and A57, Snake Pass area with groups of car enthustists, thankfully due to the good information passed by the informant we were able to eventually locate the main offending vehicle on the A57.

The driver was a 19 year old male from Derbyshire who was stopped and issued with a Section 59 Warning, which means if the driver is caught in the next 12 months driving in an anti-social manner their vehicle will be seized.
