loss of access to membership information

From Philip Virgo as Development Lead for Neighbourhood Watch in Lambeth

I had been planning to spend a day tidying up membership details for Lambeth Neighbourhood Watch, including checking whether I need to find new convenors for groups previously run by Councillors who lost their seats but provided no address other than a Council Address that does not work.  And also to progress the groups awaiting approval. 

Whichever member I click on (including myself) I get the message "This users extended information is no longer visible to this admin account. Or the user account is pending deletion." 

Is there a problem?
