Speed enforcement!

Dear Residents,

Today, your local Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out proactive speed enforcement across Saddleworth, including the Denshaw area.

Officers conducted checks near Denshaw Village Hall using the speed “gun” and stopped a number of vehicles. Several motorists were dealt with for a range of traffic related offences, with appropriate action taken where necessary.

Road safety remains one of the most common concerns raised by residents across Saddleworth. In response, our team is committed to carrying out regular enforcement activity aimed at tackling speeding, improving road safety, and addressing wider traffic related offences.

Operations such as this will continue across the area as resources and operational demand allow. We remain dedicated to working alongside our communities to address the issues that matter most to local residents.
