Good News! - 27th August 2026

Good Evening All,

Today at approximately 3:00 PM on West End Lane, NW6, local Safer Neighbourhood PCSOs were flagged down by a member of the public regarding a male who was behaving in a threatening manner and insinuating violence whilst holding a bottle of wine around the area of West Hampstead Tube Station.

Upon arrival, officers established that the male was wanted for a common assault offence. He was subsequently arrested by attending police officers and taken into custody.

This is yet another example of how the local community and the police can work together to improve the safety and wellbeing of our high street. Thank you to those who continue to report concerns and support us in keeping our neighbourhood safe.
