Stop! Think Ticketing Fraud this Bank Holiday weekend #FraudFree2026

With a mixed weather picture this bank holiday weekend, please do Stop! Think Fraud if you see any tickets offered for sale – particularly on social media eg: Facebook Marketplace.

Criminals often advertise tantalisingly exciting offers of tickets for all kinds of entertainment and sporting events. 

Since September 2025 new rules came in to force making it illegal to resell tickets for live events above original cost.  For more details, please see:  https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-bans-ticket-touting-to-protect-fans-from-rip-off-prices

Please pay for all online shopping, including buying tickets online using your credit card.
