Lowestoft – appeal to find owners of dogs

Police are appealing for help in identifying the owners of two dogs following an incident outside the Londis store in Hall Road Lowestoft at approximately 6.30pm Friday 21st August. 

An adult female was bitten by a dachshund dog causing an injury to the victim’s leg and damaging her clothing. 

The dog was one of two dachshunds under the control of two young girls. It is believed the dog’s owner lives in the close vicinity of the store. 

Can we ask if anybody either witnessed the incident or recognises the description, or can help identify the owner of the dog to contact us?
