Investigative Support Officer 📍 Based in Wakefield with travel across West Yorkshire 💷 Salary: £33,603 - £35,772 - Scale 6 pro rata 📅 Permanent, Part time (22.12 hours) Are you looking for a role where your work can help deliver justice in the most serious and complex investigations? Protective Services Crime (PSC) is responsible for investigating some of the most serious and complex crimes affecting West Yorkshire. Through specialist teams and expert investigative support, PSC works to protect communities, safeguard vulnerable people and bring offenders to justice. As an Investigative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting major investigations by managing complex case files, undertaking disclosure responsibilities and providing specialist support to officers and staff involved in criminal investigations. Working closely with investigators, the Crown Prosecution Service and criminal justice partners, you will help ensure cases are prepared to the highest standard and progress effectively through the justice system.
