Keeping Rochdale Town Centre Safe

Officers continue to carry out high visibility patrols in and around Rochdale Town Centre to help keep the area safe for everyone.

We are committed to making the town centre a place where people can shop, work, travel and socialise without fear of crime. Patrols focus on preventing anti social behaviour, tackling violence, and identifying anyone carrying knives or other weapons. Anyone found to be carrying a weapon can expect robust police action.
