COMMUNITY ALERT-CLEOBURY MORTIMER PLAY AREA, LOVE LANE

Cleobury and Highley Safer Neighbourhood Team have recently had a number of small plastic “snap bags” handed in from the play area on Love Lane, Cleobury Mortimer.

These bags are commonly assocaited with the storage and supply of illegal drugs and have been found on a regular basis in the area. As this location used by children and families, we are asking the community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.

The dangers of illegal drugs.

Illegal substances, including:

*Damage to physical and menthal health.

*Increased risk of addiction and dependency.

*Impaired judgement, which can lead to accidents and injures.

*Links to criminal activity, violence, and exploitation.

*Long-term effects on education, employment, relationships, and wellbeing.
