TASKFORCE OPEN DAY

The Metropolitan Police with Marine Unit, London Fire Brigade and the London Retired Dogs Trust organised a successful community event at the Metropolitan Police Marine Unit and Wapping Rose Gardens, E1W 2NE.

The event featured a variety of information stands, food stalls, and toy stalls, providing something for residents of all ages. Local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) officers attended the event and engaged positively with members of the community, having many constructive conversations with local residents.

The event attracted a large number of families who enjoyed the activities and the opportunity to meet representatives from local organisations and emergency services. Overall, it was a well-attended and successful community event that helped strengthen relationships between local services and the community.
