Dear Resident,
Monkmoor and Sutton SNT have attended the Upton Lane recreational ground, in Shrewsbury where cans of deodorant have been set on fire, causing small explosions. This type of behaviour causes alarm and distress to the community and is not acceptable, nor will it be tolerated.
