We are building an interactive map of security cameras across the county that will: Help investigators identify potential camera footage that may assist with an investigation. Be accessible only to Staffordshire Police. Improve the efficiency of gathering video evidence. Provide investigators with the contact details of registered camera owners. Support communities in working together to help prevent and detect crime.
Registering your camera does not give Staffordshire Police access to your live video feed. The registry simply records the location of your camera and your contact details, allowing us to contact you directly if footage may be relevant to an investigation.
