Here’s a quick update on drugs dealing crime in your area, please be reassured that we’re taking this seriously and are here to help. 🚔 Proactive Patrols Making a Difference in Dalgarno & Golborne
While on patrol, Golborne and Dalgarno Ward Sergeant Aaron Eaglestone encountered an individual smoking cannabis within less than 10 minutes of being on the street. The individual was detained under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, where further cannabis was located and seized. The matter was dealt with by way of a Community Resolution.
This highlights the importance of visible neighbourhood policing and targeted patrols. Through local knowledge, community engagement, and intelligence provided by residents, we can focus our patrols on areas affected by crime and anti-social behaviour, helping to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
