Rick put in another 4 hour, 50 minute performance today with more after-school patrols around Eastbrook School and beyond, before venturing into Rush Green as evening fell (7.36 miles).
After spending time outside Eastbrook School catching up with some of the students, Rick headed into nearby Eastbrook Close (4.06pm) followed by full coverage of the Parkside beat.
Here visits included Hooks Hall Drive (4.11pm), Park Drive, Grove and Home Gardens (4.23pm), Fir Tree Walk and Bell Farm Avenue's Parkside House (4.33pm). Hardie Road, Macdonald Avenue, Woodshire Road and Luke Allsopp Square (6.35pm) wrapped things up.
Passing through Central Park, both Wisdons Close and Alex Guy Gardens (6.50pm) were checked on before arriving in Rush Green.
Legon Avenue (7.05pm), Croxford Way, Thorntons Farm Avenue (9.14pm), Strood Avenue and Philip Close (7.45pm) were all included, while also making time to drop by the New Avenues Social Club (7.54pm).
The May and Baker Social Club was passed on the way back to Dagenham Police Station.
