As we continue through Rural Crime Week your Lisburn Rural NPT & Castlereagh NPT teams have been busy putting focus on Rural crime and issues that have been raised by our Rural Communities. So far this week we have held 3 Trailer Marking events across the district, held a One Stop Shop for Victims of Domestic Abuse in Moira, conducted Road Safety patrols and speed operations in several rural areas of concern, visited local farms to offer crime prevention packs, as well as patrolling rural areas for Anti Social Behaviour Concerns. We will continue to place focus on Rural Road safety in the coming days, we have noted your areas of concern and will endeavour to address these both this week and going forward. |
