Here’s a quick update on anti-social behaviour locally. We know it can be distressing, but we’re working closely with partners to make the area safer and support residents.
Community Update: Persistent Offender Remanded in Custody
The West Ealing Safer Neighbourhood Team continues to take proactive action to address persistent offending and anti-social behaviour that impacts our residents, businesses, and visitors.
On 10 September 2026, officers arrested Alisse Giles after she was found within the West Ealing exclusion zone in breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) issued by Uxbridge Magistrates' Court in February 2026. The order prohibits her from entering West Ealing without a lawful excuse and from possessing drug paraphernalia.
During a search following her arrest, officers located drug paraphernalia, including crack pipes and associated items, which constituted a further breach of her CBO.
Enquiries also confirmed that Giles was wanted by the court after failing to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on 7 September 2026 for:
• A breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order committed on 8 July 2026.
• A breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order committed on 21 July 2026.
• A theft offence relating to an incident from September 2025.
In addition, Giles was further arrested for an outstanding breach of her Criminal Behaviour Order after previously being identified within the prohibited area on Singapore Road, West Ealing, where she had left the location before officers could be dealt with the matter.
Following her arrest and court appearance, Alisse Giles was remanded into custody pending further proceedings.
Sergeant Fazal Naeem of the West Ealing Safer Neighbourhood Team said:
"This result demonstrates our commitment to tackling persistent offending and anti-social behaviour that has caused significant concern to residents, businesses and visitors in West Ealing. Criminal Behaviour Orders are put in place to protect our communities, and we will take positive action where these orders are repeatedly breached.
Whilst enforcement remains important, we continue to work closely with partner agencies to support vulnerable individuals and address the underlying issues that contribute to offending. We hope this action reassures the community that we will continue to pursue those who repeatedly cause harm and disruption in the area."
