A drug warrant has been carried out on Castleton Boulevard, Skegness, where drugs and cash were seized, and four arrests were made. Officers from our Neighbourhood Policing and Response Teams carried out the planned raid on Wednesday 9 September, following concerns being raised by members of the community about potential drug-related anti-social behaviour at the property. A 22-year-old man, two 46-year-old men, and a 47-year-old woman were arrested at the premises on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs of class A, and have since been bailed pending further investigation. Of the enforcement activity, Skegness Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant Matt Neal, said: “The partnership we have with our community is vital. By raising your concerns with us and sharing vital information we are able to target our resources to where they’re needed most. “We’re empowering our communities to play an active role in keeping people safe. We urge members of the public to continue to share their concerns and any information that might be helpful to us in building up a more robust intelligence picture. While the results of this work may not always be immediately visible, a significant amount of activity is taking place behind the scenes every day. Information provided by the public is invaluable in helping us identify issues, take action, and make a lasting difference in our communities.” Report it Intelligence gathering never stops. If you see something that matters, report it. If you feel you have information that might be useful to us, there are a number of ways you can get in touch. All information is handled sensitively and confidentially. Together, we can continue to target drug-related crime and anti-social behaviour to protect our communities.
