Staffordshire Police will not have access to your cameras.

We will only be able to view the location of registered cameras.

We will look at locations only if there’s been an incident nearby and footage can help support our investigations.

What happens if there has been an incident
If an incident happens where your video evidence may help in an investigation, an officer from Staffordshire Police will contact you and send you an email or text with a link for you to upload the relevant footage to our system.

You will be in control of your CCTV and doorbell cameras and of any footage you provide to the police.
