Rural Crime Alert - Theft of bales of hay and silage bales

North Wales Police are investigating reports of thefts of hay and silage bales from various rural locations across Anglesey, Conwy and Wrexham.

Hay and silage are valuable commodities and unfortunately, isolated fields and storage areas with easy vehicle access can be targeted by thieves.

Help protect your bales by storing them close to a building or yard, secure field entrances using chains and good quality locks.

Share information and concerns with local liveries and farms, remain vigilant and report anything suspicious.
