Suron / eBike - 17/9/26

Morning all! 

Does anyone know who the young lad is on a Suron / eBike, who seems to travel from ‘Old Cornelly' across Heol Fach and into the Marlas, please? White / black bandana, small in build, always wearing a puffa jacket?

If you know, give me a shout - 07805 301506 - anonymously. If he carries on riding like he does, he'll up seriously injuring himself or others. He almost went under an artic last week and i've seen him have a few near misses with pedestrians too.
