Out and about in Shifnal this morning

This morning I was out on foot patrol around Shifnal, taking the opportunity to visit a number of local businesses and speak with residents across the town.

Regular patrols like these are about more than just being visible. They provide an opportunity to hear directly about any concerns people may have, offer crime prevention advice, and build relationships with those who live and work in our community.
Local businesses play an important role in helping us understand what's happening in the area. Whether it's concerns around shop theft, suspicious activity or anti-social behaviour, those conversations help us identify issues early and work together to keep Shifnal a safe and welcoming place.

It was great to speak with so many people this morning and hear about the things that matter to them. I also met several very friendly dogs along the way, which is always a bonus! 🐶
