This evening, officers stopped and searched three youths in an area currently experiencing a spate of catapult-related incidents. As a result of the searches, four catapults were located and seized. The youths' parents have been contacted and informed of the circumstances. We remain committed to tackling this issue, responding proactively to community concerns, and taking positive action against anti-social behaviour and any activity that causes alarm, harassment or distress within our communities. Enquiries remain ongoing. |
