🚨 Shed Burglary Alert 🚨

We are investigating a series of shed burglaries and attempted shed burglaries that have occurred within the local neighbourhood during the early hours of the morning.

The offender's method appears consistent, with shed locks being damaged before hinges and fixings are removed to gain entry. A number of sheds and outbuildings have been targeted.

👀 We are asking residents to:

Check sheds, garages and outbuildings are secure.

Ensure valuable items such as bikes, tools and gardening equipment are properly secured.

Review any CCTV, doorbell camera or dashcam footage that may capture suspicious activity during the early hours.

Report any suspicious behaviour around gardens, driveways or rear access routes.

🔒 Crime Prevention Tips: ✅ Fit quality locks and additional security to sheds and gates. ✅ Consider shed alarms and security lighting. ✅ Mark valuable property and keep a record of serial numbers. ✅ Store high-value items out of sight where possible.
