ASB and Cyclist Enforcement

K & B Officer conducted high-visibility reassurance patrol across Elizabeth Street, Ebury Street, Eccleston Yard and Bourne Street SW1

the deployment focused on public reassurance, visibility, and traffic compliance particularly around the one-way system leading to the junction with Ebury Street.

Engagement with residents, shop staff, and and pedestrians across all four location. No significant ASB concerns were raised during the period. Officer observed cyclists approaching the no-entry one-way section toward Ebury Street. Two cyclist were advised regarding the no- entry restriction and education on safe and lawful road use. One cyclist was reported for the offence of cycling in a no-entry 0ne-way system, in breach of local traffic regulations.

Positive engagement with members of the public who welcomed the visible presence and enforcement activity.
