Monthly Update for August 2026 for Davenham & Moulton Ward Anti-Social Behaviour Davenham Report of youths being abusive towards residents after they had asked the youths to move away from residential properties backing onto Butchers Stile Playing Field, as the youths were playing loud music and football.Reports of youths throwing items into the courtyard of a property on Church Street and abandoning 2 electric scooters.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead Numerous reports received about youths gathering on Kensington Way Park, razzing around on electric scooter and bikes, number of youths identified and action being taken to address the anti-social behaviour. Home visits conducted to the youths identified.Report of youths throwing stones at passing vehicles on A533 Kingsmead. Patrols attended the youths has already left.Leftwich Report of youths inside the derelict Leftwich Green Community Centre building. Youths had left prior to patrols attending.Report of people outside the shops on Clifton Drive drinking alcohol and being rowdy.Bostock Green No reports received. Theft Davenham Report of theft of meat from the Spar. CCTV provided of the male suspect. Investigation is ongoing.Report of shelf of steak being taken by a male suspect. Waiting for the CCTV to assist in identifying the suspect.Theft of laundry products from the Spar, suspect has been identified. Investigation is ongoing.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead Report of the theft of health and beauty items from Tesco. A male and female suspect have been identified. When challenged by a staff member on exiting the store, the male suspect has pushed the member of staff to exit the store.Leftwich No reports received.Bostock Green No reports received. Road Safety Davenham Vehicle stop on London Road, Vehicle and occupants searched, one of the occupants was found in possession of cannabis.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead Vehicle stop on A533, enquiries established the driver held a provisional driving licence and was not being supervised at the time. The vehicle was seized and the driver reported for the offence.Leftwich Vehicle stop on Hollands Road, enquiries established the driver had no insurance on the vehicle Driver reported for the offence and the vehicle was seized.Bostock Green Vehicle stop on Bostock Road. Enquires established the driver was a provisional licence hold and driving unsupervised at the time of the stop. The driver has been reported for driving otherwise in accordance with their licence and no insurance. The vehicle was seized. Parking/highway Obstructions Davenham Report of a vehicle parked fully on the pavement causing an obstruction on Hartford Road, Fixed Penalty Ticket issued for Unnecessary Obstruction.Vehicle observed parked fully on the pavement causing an obstruction on The Pavilions, Fixed Penalty Ticket issued for Unnecessary Obstruction.Moulton Report of a vehicle parking across the neighbours driveway preventing them exiting the driveway.Kingsmead Report received of vehicles parking to close to the junction of Knightsbridge Avenue and Kensington Way. Advisory notice issued, the vehicle hasn’t returned to the location.Leftwich Report received of a vehicle regularly parking on the junction of Rochester Lane and Artisan Way. Attended the location numerous times, and there have been no offences observed.Bostock Green No reports received. Weekly Police Surgeries The surgeries covering both Davenham & Moulton and Hartford & Greenbank areas will be held on Thursday 1st October, Clifton Drive, Leftwich, a police vehicle will be parked near to Morrisons Daily, between 9am – 10am. Wednesday 7th October, Spar, London Road, Davenham, a police vehicle will be parked on the car park, between 1pm – 2pm. Friday 16th October, at Hartford Village Hall, Chester Road, between 4pm – 5pm. Thursday 20th October, Tesco, Regency Way, Kingsmead, a police vehicle will be parked on the car park, between 12pm – 1pm.
