Response to a raised concern

Dear Resident

Following concerns being raised by the community about an adults engagement with young people in the Whalley area yesterday we issued an adult male with a community protection notice with the following conditions.

Not to have any person under the age of 18 at your home address without an adult over the age of 18 present who is responsible for them.

Not to purchase anything on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years, unless you are responsible for that person by relation or guardianship.

Not to be in the company of any person under the age of 18 in a public place without an adult over the age of 18 present who is responsible for them.
