Dear Resident
Good evening to you all from the Four Oaks Neighbourhood Teams
On this set of shifts your neighbourhood team have been busy in your community carrying out the following tasks
We have been carrying patrols in Mere Green retail areas deterring shoplifters, Hill Hook Nature Reserve and Badgers Bank Road after reports from residents of Anti-Social Behaviour.
Four Oaks Neighbourhood
Theft of Motor Vehicle Lichfield Road – A White Toyota was stolen by unknown means on Sunday 20th September 2006 at 19.00hrs.
Residential Burglary Knighton Road – On Tuesday 22nd September 2026 at 05.48hrs offenders have entered a residential property and taken keys to an Orange BMW. A police pursuit has taken place, and two offenders have been caught arrested and remanded, charged with dangerous driving and residential burglary. Four Oaks Common Road – On Saturday 26th September 2026 offenders have stolen a Blue Ford Fiesta by entering the property and driving vehicle away.
If you do own a keyless entry vehicle, please make sure that your keys are kept in a faraday pouch (always remember to check your Faraday pouch is still working), when at home or out and about, this will stop thieves getting the signal for your vehicle. Using a steering wheel lock is also a visual deterrent.
For more crime prevention advice go to www.westmidlands.police.uk/cp/crime-prevention/ or www.securedbydesign.com Please remember to lock all windows and doors, do not leave keys in your doors, especially if you have a cat/dog flap, before heading out make sure your home looks like someone is in.
