Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to make you aware of a event below.
Jump Rope Theatre and New Vic Borderlines present "On the Playground", an interactive theatre show for 7+ that takes the audience on a journey alongside a girl that becomes a child refugee due to the war in her country.
On this journey, be prepared to play a lot of playground games.
Please be aware that the number of seats available is limited, so booking is essential.
'On the Playground' is an evocative and vital piece of immersive theatre based on real-life experiences surrounding the War in Bosnia, from the perspective of a child refugee, for children. In this exciting, interactive production designed for young people that creatively weaves together game play and storytelling; children are invited to join Stasha on her journey onto the playgrounds of her early childhood, hear the first hand experiences of a child refugee and play the games that travelled with her.
Through ‘On the Playground’, the audience are inspired to listen to each other's stories and develop a greater level of understanding for those in their school and wider communities who have been victims of forced migration. To book your FREE place, please follow the link below.
