We want to let you know about the following vehicle crime that’s taken place near you. You’re receiving this alert because you’ve told us you want to know about crime and incidents in your area.

We are seeing a big spike in vehicle theft over the last couple weeks predominately Fords are being targeted if you are the owner of a Ford please be extra vigilant by ensuring it is locked if you have doorbell cams / CCTV ensuring it is armed. If possible invest in a steering lock, and keeping keys in a faraday pouch to block the signal from keyless car thieves. If you do not own a faraday pouch we can provide one free of charge just email SNTNorthWarwickshireSouth@warwickshire.police.uk and one of the safer neighbourhood team will arrange for it to be delivered.

Please make sure that you remove anything of value from your car/van when you leave it unattended or overnight. Please also check that you’ve locked and secured your vehicle before leaving it.
