Nether Hall Estate, Pheasey Park Farm antisocial youths & off road vehicles

Good evening all,

Historically, there have been off road vehicle concerns around the Nether Hall Estate on the Pheasey Park Farm ward for the past few years. We are aware that many residents are frustrated about off road bikes/vehicles accessing the estate and the nearby land around the Great Barr Hall site, Suttons Drive & Chapel Lane. Also we understand there are people needlessly causing criminal damage to fencing to gain access to the land near the lake.

As the local neighbourhood police team covering the area, we want to convey to residents that we are aware of your concerns. West Midlands Police is taking a partnership approach to this, along with Walsall Council, local councillors, housing, landowners and representatives acting on behalf of Vistry (formerly Bovis Homes).

In order to help us with our partnership work, we are requesting that if you see any antisocial or suspicious behaviour in the vicinity mentioned above, involving individuals, groups, or vehicles, please report them to us on 101 or via Live Chat on our website, or 999 if there is crime happening at the time.

The more reports we receive the better, they aid our response to this issue. When you get in touch, please give as much detail as possible around people and vehicles involved. Also, accurate dates and times of incidents are useful, to help us plan an effective patrol strategy.
