63 Year Old Male Arrested in Bolton-le-Sands

A 63 year old man, who I have previously mentioned displaying bizarre and worrying behaviour was arrested this morning in Bolton-le-Sands in connection with a number of offences, including:

• Breaching his Community Protection Notice (CPN),

• Commiting offences under the Public Order Act,

• Indecent Exposure

Following interview, the male has been released on police bail pending further investigation. As part of his bail conditions, he is prohibited from entering Bolton-le-Sands between the hours of 7am and 9am, and 3pm and 5pm.

I understand incidents of this nature can cause concern within the community. We would like to reassure residents that reports are being taken seriously and that officers will continue to carry out enquiries and monitor compliance with the imposed bail conditions.
