Whether you're considering a career change, looking for a new challenge, returning to work, or taking your first steps into employment, Bedfordshire Police is hosting a Careers Fair on Saturday 10 October in Wixams, giving anyone interested in a career in policing the chance to explore the wide range of opportunities available. 

This event offers the chance to meet officers, detectives and staff from some of the force's busiest frontline and specialist teams, and learn about the different entry routes and what a career in policing can offer. 

You'll also be able to find out more about eligibility requirements, salaries, training, shift patterns and career progression, as well as the support available throughout the recruitment process. 

From tackling crime and investigating complex cases to supporting people when they need it most, there are opportunities for people with a wide range of skills, experience, qualifications and ambitions. 

The Careers Fair is a free, drop-in event running from 12pm to 4pm at Wixams Academy. We are keen to encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences, reflecting the diverse communities we serve across Bedfordshire.
