Hello Resident,
🍂 Autumn has definitely arrived 🍂
✅ News from Your Local Policing Team ✅
This week we have continued with our local patrols, meeting with members of the community in Small Heath and Highgate.
What else have we been doing? Our Officers have had a busy week attending appointments to support victims of crime.
We have increased patrols around the area of Conybere Street, Highgate.
Following a recent burglary in Whitmore Road, Small Heath and we have made reassurance visits to the area. Please use the link below for checklist for securing your home when you leave.
We continue to tackle vehicle obstruction and educate people where we can, and where appropriate we will send out fines. Parking is a premium in the area and it can be hard to find spaces, please be mindful that parking over a pavement can cause pedestrians, buggy users and wheelchair users to access the road, putting them at unnecessary risk. We will issue fines in these situations.
One of the team has attended a local meeting held by the Sara Park Community Partnership, to discuss improvements around the area and how as partners we can work together to achieve this joint mission to improve the park and its surroundings for the community.
One of our PCSOs attended a residents meeting in Highgate, giving opportunity for residents to ask questions and raise any concerns they have.
