Transport for London (TfL) have an online service for anyone across London to report problems on the road network, bus stops and shelters. 

TfL Street Care tool, enables people to use an online map and a short simple form to let the Authority and Transport for London, know about problems related to:- Road Defects (Potholes), Streetlights, Traffic Signals, Blocked Drains, Manhole Covers (missing or damaged), Pavement Defects (uneven or cracked surfaces), Bus Stops and Shelters (damaged or unsafe), Graffiti, Flyposting and Trees that are damaged. 

The form will automatically detect whether a problem is on TfL's network or on roads controlled by a London borough.
