Cycle Enforcement Event - Safety First

Officers will be carrying out cycle enforcement to promote safer cycling and road use.  Education and enforcement will be used where appropriate.

This initiative aims to improve safety, reduce collisions and encourage responsible cycling for everyone.

The focus will include:

. Compliance with traffic signals and signs

. Safe road positioning and behaviour

. Consideration for pedestrians and other road users
