Community Message - Dark nights & Firework safety!

As the nights get darker and we head towards Halloween & Bonfire Night, we'd like to remind everyone to stay safe and look after one another! 

Parents and Guardians 

Please know where your children are, who they are with and what time they are expected home. A quick check in can make all the difference, especially during the darker nights

Fireworks and Bonfires

Antisocial behaviour & Nuisance 

We understand that young people want to meet with their friends but please be mindful of your behaviour and how it affects others

Throwing fireworks, damaging property, causing a nuisance, riding illegal bikes in public please and intimidating members of the community is not acceptable

Lets work together!

If you witness anti-social behaviour or have concerns about what is happening in your area, please report it through the appropriate channels. In an emergancy, always call 999

We want everyone, especially our young people, to enjoy this time of year safely and responsibly. A little consideration goes a long way in keeping our streets safe and welcoming for everyone.
