Proactive Patrols at Teddington Lock BMX Track |

Today, the team, led by Sergeant Felix, were out and about responding to concerns raised regarding anti-social behaviour at Teddington Lock BMX Track. Reports have included the use of high-powered e-bikes and Surrons, as well as intimidating behaviour towards younger users of the facility.
Making full use of our fantastic Mitsubishi Outlander 4x4, we were able to access the track and surrounding green spaces, carrying out high-visibility patrols and providing reassurance to those using the area. It is fair to say that PC Bond was also more than a little impressed by some of the skills on display from the riders!
It was great to speak with a number of track users throughout the patrol, hear their concerns, and promote our upcoming bike marking event, which will be taking place at the track on Thursday 29 October 2026.
We are committed to keeping the BMX track a safe and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy. If you witness anti-social behaviour or have concerns about activity in the area, please continue to report it to us. 🚴♂️👮♂️💚🖤💛
