30th Oct - Women only self defence session!

In addition to our general self-defence course, we are also offering female members of public an additional day focused around women's self defence. This will be delivered by UMAA (non-police instructors) and local police officers available post class to give attendees the opportunity to raise and discuss any concerns they may have about safety in the local area, and to enable the sharing of crime prevention advice and support.
There will also be goody bags with personal safety items such as torches, purse bells, crime prevention information, etc.
