Hello Custom House, Another week has passed. Before I start, I have an appeal for information. This week over in Beckton, we arrested a man who likes to wear Hi-vis clothing, ride a bike and shout obscenities at women. despite linking him to several offences, I suspect many similar offences by this individual have gone unreported. If you have experienced abuse by a male in hi-vis clothing riding a bicycle (especially by Gallions DLR), please report it to the police. Or contact me here first if you want to chat about it. It is likely you will be asked if you are willing provide a statement (potentially attend court) or identify him (likely by viewing pictures).
