Theft from car - Near You - Killinghall Road, Eccleshill, BD2

Dear Resident,

Between 11:00 pm on Saturday 10 October 2026 and 5:30 am on Sunday 11 October 2026, unknown suspects targeted a vehicle parked in a small car park.

The suspects gained entry by smashing the driver's door window and rear passenger quarter window. Shopping items and cash that had been left inside the vehicle were stolen before the suspects left the area.

Please help protect your vehicle by:

Removing all valuables, cash, bags and shopping from your vehicle.

Avoiding leaving items on display, even for a short period of time.

Parking in well-lit areas where possible.

Reporting any suspicious activity in your neighbourhood.

Leaving valuables inside vehicles can attract thieves and increase the risk of becoming a victim of crime. Taking a few simple precautions can help reduce the opportunity for theft.

Kind regards,
