📢 Your Local Policing Priorities for West Kingsdown & Fawkham

Good afternoon Resident

Following recent engagement with residents, partners and the local community, the 3 policing priorities for the West Kingsdown & Fawkham ward have now updated to:

🚗 Nuisance Vehicles
We are aware of concerns regarding the use of vehicles in a manner that causes disruption, including anti-social driving, excessive noise, and vehicles being used in public spaces inappropriately. Officers will continue to work with partners to identify offenders and take positive action where appropriate.

⚠️ Road Safety
Road safety remains a significant concern for local residents. We will be focusing on speeding, dangerous driving and other road traffic offences, carrying out targeted speed patrols and enforcement activity to help keep our roads safer for everyone.

🔐 Vehicle Crime
Vehicle crime, including thefts from and of vehicles, continues to impact communities. We will be undertaking proactive patrols, crime prevention work and intelligence-led operations to deter offenders and protect residents.

👮 Your local neighbourhood policing team will be working alongside partner agencies to address these priorities over the coming months. We encourage residents to continue reporting incidents and sharing information with us, as community intelligence plays a vital role in helping us tackle these issues.

If you witness a crime or anti-social behaviour, please report it via the Kent Police website or call 101. In an emergency, always dial 999.

Kind regards,

Ashleigh
