Cycling Operation

Cycling Operation

Hello Resident,

Just a quick update for you, with recent concerns regarding anti-social behaviour with a cycle. The team and local neighbouring ward teams carried out a targeted operation on the 13th of October at Thurloe Place.

This was a systematic and well coordinated plan to tackle cyclists going through red lights and not obeying to road laws.

The whole operation was a success with 30 TORS (Traffic Offence Reports) and 4 FPNS (Fixed Penalty Notices) handed out to cyclists that did not comply with the traffic laws.

We also handed out verbal warnings to cyclists.

Further Operations like this will be happening in the near future.

Many thanks,

The Brompton and Hans Town Team.
