Great Engagement Evening with Ham Scouts

Great Engagement Evening with Ham Scouts

We had a fantastic evening meeting with Ham Scouts, talking about the role of police officers and the wide range of responsibilities involved in keeping our communities safe.

The session was a great opportunity to answer questions, share personal safety advice, and discuss how young people can stay safe while out and about, online, and when travelling independently. The Scouts were highly engaged, asked some excellent questions, and showed a real interest in policing and community safety. We also highlighted a number of upcoming events and activities that Scouts can get involved in, helping them build confidence, learn new skills, and strengthen their connection with the local community.

A big thank you to all the Scouts and leaders for making us so welcome. We look forward to seeing you again soon at future events and community initiatives!
