TWO FULL CLOSURE ORDERS IN THE SAME BLOCK !!

PC WHITE from the Newbury Neighbourhood Team has obtained ANOTHER full closure order at PARSONS CLOSE on an upstairs flat. The downstairs flat was given a separate full closure order and boarded up just a few months ago. 

This further full closure order is due to significant repeated anti social behaviour, noise and harassment widely affecting the community. This also included multiple breaches of a community protection notice (CPN). This closure order now prevents the tenant from entering the property, which is now SHUT DOWN
