Rick was back out around Barking and Dagenham College this afternoon, with an extended stay in the RM7 area to deter college-based anti-social behaviour (7.47 miles).

Eastbrookend's Bardag lake featured on the way into Rush Green, followed by Eastbrook Drive (11.35am), Great Cullings (p) and all of Parish Fields.

It was then out through Harveys Lane to check on ASB hotspots including the Thorntons Farm Avenue alley, the car port in Fourth Avenue (12.45pm) and the Dagenham Road flats, as well as a 'hello' to staff at the Co-op.

The car port (1.16pm) and alley (1.19pm & 1.42pm), where a group of students were spoken to, both saw return visits, with a group also spoken to in Harveys Lane in between.

Great Cullings and Valentines Way were covered on the way back, along with the front lakes at The Chase (2.39pm).
