✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

Officers have been out on patrol and have stopped a vehicle in Stockland Green and a stop and search carried out on 3 x individuals from the vehicle for drug related activity. 

DNO & PCSO’s have been out on a joint walkabout with the Councillor Amar Khan on Slade Road, Stockland Green visiting local shops to discuss any concerns and issues they may have … there have been several subjects highlighted that as a Neighbourhood team will look into and feedback to the location.

PCSO’s are delivering an input of Anti - bullying to young persons based in a children’s home in Stockland Green …. Engaging with young people assisting them to integrate into local communities. 

PCSO & DNO have paid a visit to a shared accommodation on Blounts Road to speak with the private tenants at this property and check there are no concerns or issues and established the landlords’ details and have spoken to them. The property is privately rented and not a HMO or SEA. 

Officers have been patrolling around Erdington High Street area and have come across a male who was wanted for an assault and found to be in possession of cannabis. 

Officers have been out this set and have stopped a vehicle in connection with drug related concerns; intelligence has been submitted and a stop and search completed. 

Also officers whilst out on a late evening patrolling the area after concerns of prostitution in the area have identified a vehicle that was stopped and engaging with a local female prostitute …. The female has been spoken to and her details obtained for intelligence and further enquiries are taking place.. 

DNO and PCSO ( HMO lead ) have attended the ‘ Get Connected ‘ meeting to meet with local housing providers and managing agents and share good practice, ASB pledge, HMO suitability pre tenant check agreement and the Neighbourhood policing plan.
