High visibility patrols and live facial recognition van

We have been receiving reports about anti-social behaviour occurring around the Shaw Road and St Andrew’s field area of Heaton Moor.

We listened to your concerns and have been conducting high visibility patrols at key times around this area.

On 13th October, we intensified this activity and had two live facial recognition vans stationed here.

We will be continuing this activity in the coming weeks.

If you have concerns about anti-social behaviour in your area, you can contact us by replying to this message or emailing our team on 18820@gmp.police.uk.
